Appointments and Billing
We firmly believe that our counseling services should be available to anyone in need.
Don’t ever hesitate to call us or make an appointment! If you are unable to afford our services, please speak with a member of our office staff as we will work with you to be able to afford the care that you need.
Schedule appointments and pay your bill using our portal.
Scheduling and paying your bill has never been easier. In the portal, you can: make an appointment, reschedule an appointment, cancel an appointment, fill out forms that may need to be updated or completed, pay your bill, and update information on your insurance, schedule, etc.
We currently accept the following insurances:
- Optum/United Healthcare
- Lyra
- CHIP
- Tricare
- Highmark BlueCross BlueShield of Pennsylvania
- Cigna
- Humana Inc.
- UPMC Health Plan
- Aetna
Please refer to your individual insurance policy for information regarding your co-pay, deductible, or co-insurance for mental health services rendered. Clients are responsible for any balance not paid forth by their insurance provider. Please speak with a member of our office staff if you are unable to afford our services; payment arrangements may be available.
Missed Appointments or Late Cancellations:
A $100 fee will be applied for each missed appointment or late cancellations.
All of our therapists have wait lists and by giving us 24 hours norice, we can fill canceled or reschedule appointment slots with individuals who need an earlier appointment of who are waiting to schedule an appointment. Please contact your therapist directly or the office to notify us 24 hours in advance if you are unable to keep your appointment. Your consideration is appreciated!
Clinicians do not handle any aspect of billing. Please direct all questions and concerns to our billing department.
