Kayann grew up in Hollidaysburg, PA. She earned her undergrad in social work at St. Francis University. Upon graduation, she accepted her first hospice job at Grane Hospice. She then pursued her masters in social work at University of New England.
After a growing interest in the Pittsburgh area, Kayann then decided to relocate 5 years ago upon receiving a job offer in hospice care.
Her area of focus is on end of life and dealing with patients that are terminally ill along with families who are losing and or have lost loved ones.
